<p style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue"; font-size: 12px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><b>I was hunting deep in the isles of Boots and came across a huge pot of moisturising cream and was completely intrigued. <p style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue"; font-size: 12px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px; min-height: 14px;"><br /></p>
<p style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue"; font-size: 12px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;">Within 48 hours of applying this morning and night to clean skin, my skin had completely cleared and it’s been the best it’s ever been since. I find the product to be extremely versatile. The consistency is thick, but a thin layer can be applied with ease however can be built up if you feel you want your skin to soak some moisture (I often do this at night) or for more of a glow as a base of makeup. I find my makeup glides onto my skin and I never have dry patches, considering I’ve used this all winter and I usually suffer from dry skin. </p>

<br />
Now I don't know about you, but ever since I was a Olsen Twin obsessive, I've always dreamt about how great it would be to have a kick ass set of white nashers. Double digit quantities of Crest Whitening Strips and endless magazines and DIY kits later... I worked out that it comes down to a few simple things such as drinking out of straws, not having too much sugar / coffee / red wine (damn) and all in all, a good brushing routine.<br />
<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
When it comes to all things Teeth, Colgate is your guy. I've been through all kinds of Hollywood White, Superdrug Banana Kids Toothpaste and every kind of Sensodyne that you can get but Colgate just has it's formula down to the T. It's not uber pricey, can get it from anywhere and can never feel sensitive, gritty or mask'ed (you know that protective film that some toothpastes give you? Yep, none of that over here... <i>Bingo Ringo</i>).<br />
<br />
Colgate have a range known as <u style="font-weight: bold;">The Max White One Collection</u> and I use the Toothpaste and Mouthwash on a day to day basis. AND let me tell ya, they rock. The toothpaste is a weird grey / blue colour which looks grim at first, but once applied to your teeth it will leave your breath minty, teeth plaque free and teeth instantly whiter than before. Pair that with a good wash with the Max White One Mouthwash and you'll be good to go.<br />
<br />
The likes of Tanya Burr have also got an offer out at Superdrug at the moment where if you buy anything from the Max White One Collection you get a free Red Tanya Burr Nail Polish. What a deal! So, get down to your local Boots / Superdrug or get putting that in your search bar and get buyin'. It's no professional rocket science kit but provides great results so be sure to join the band wagon. You never know, you might even fit in with the The Only Way Is Essex cast after all!<br />
<br />
<i>Have you tried any Whitening Toothpaste / Mouthwash / Treatments before?</i><br />

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Cup of tea and biscuit at hand, I'm going to write something a little bit different on my blog today. Not just your normal beauty, fashion, food, favourites, skincare post but something a little more 'personal' I guess you could say. I don't know what it is, but 2015 seems like a kinda bizarre year for me. Things have been all kinds of crazy, and I just wanted to take a moment to chat about my experiences, thoughts and changes that are happening. I thought it may be interesting to some of you, let you guys get to know me a little differently and allow me in future to look back and understand my thought patterns at 'that' time. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
First up - career. When I started blogging, I really didn't know what I wanted to do. I knew that I wanted to run my own business, but I didn't know what in. I remember sitting at a family gathering with as many aunties, uncles, grandparents, cousins, second cousins etc to serve your biggest italian family for generations (or what it felt like at the time anyway). With a million and one people asking me what I want to do when I'm older. I was so driven (still am) to do well and be successful. I think at the time I thought that setting up a business would be a lot easier than it actually is, but still to this day it's something I love working amongst, in and building. I used to use blogging as a little outlet to give me something to do and make myself look 'busy' in the office. But now I use it as something to share my ideas, a reference / portfolio for future possible employees and all in all a place where I can build my own little corner of the internet with all different things about me. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Today, sat in the office, I was thinking about how much has changed since I've left school. I left school at 16 with 1 A*, 3 As and 6Bs under my belt with a wealth of experience (for a 16 year old anyway), a kick ass set of references & contacts alongside a sh*t ton of drive, ambition and vision. With that I'm now a Sales & Marketing Manager and Shareholder for a Corporate Commercial Company Full Time. I also have my own Graphic & Web Design Company (or Creative Studio as I sometimes like to call it!) called Exquisite where I've just had an offer from Sky Sports 4 Presenter, Ex Model & Model Booker and Photographer - Anna Fowler - to design her new Photography Portfolio Website. I've also had an offer from my old teacher at school to work on different property management projects / websites / contracts with him which excites me greatly. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I guess that just goes to show that ever since I left school, I never really had a plan. I had a vision of where I wanted to be but that was looking forward about 10 years or so, not in the nearest day, week or month. I just went out there, did a shed load of research, built up my social media profile (LinkedIn really is my best friend... well not my best <i>best</i> friend, but was pretty dang handy) and just put myself out there. It just goes to show that when you put the time, effort and commitment into doing what you want to do you can succeed. Looking forward 10 or so years, I'd love to take my shares out of the company, invest it in properties and do that full time. But that's just a brain storm. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So since all things are good with work. You'd imagine that things would all be underhand, 'cool' and settled... to say the least. I'm pretty damn happy, in general. Ever since I've been driving (aka just before Christmas) I've been so much more free to do what I like and experience new things and see people easier. I've been out and about like no tomorrow (by golly I've noticed a difference in my bank account... let's just say my ASOS Premium hasn't been getting it's usual daily dosage...) but things are crazy. I don't know why I just feel like at the moment, everything is 'haze-y'. It's almost like a complete transition phase and everyone seems to be a little bit crazy. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Just before Christmas / over Christmas time things went a little bit crazy and it was all a little bit of an emotional roller coaster. With people's loyalty slacking and peoples gossip levels through the roof it proved difficult to just chill out and be your normal up beat self, really. Recently with things coming back again due to gossiping, chatting and nattering it seems as though it's all came up again and it's just a bit of a whirlwind. It's at times like this, I guess you find out who your true friends are. And I'm not for any second guessing that any of my friends are slackers, more the complete opposite, the protective kind which makes me stress out ten to the dozen times more because I feel like I'm responsible for them and their feelings too and worry about them worrying about me. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I guess things are pretty much about just jumping the gun and taking things step by step. Just taking a small, leisurely walk to the shop instead of sprinting your way through the london marathon. But little ole me is proving less 'chill' than I really ever thought I was. Over thinking has never really been something I've foreseen myself getting involved in, let alone letting my feelings grow pretty far. I guess sometimes I just don't know what to do and I just overthink and just think to myself 'if I think about this enough I'll think of a solution' but end up getting myself in all kinds of crazy thought paths that make me feel upset, happy and scared all in the space of about 10 seconds. Not being good at sharing your feelings, having a guard up and just being all round difficult when it comes to all kinds of feelings and blue / gray areas... it's freaking difficult. Once you say one thing, you have to stick to it and that's that. I just don't know - it's just so scary to think that I'm just not in control as much anymore and that's what scares me more than anything really. They say there's a first time for everything, but I don't know how many 'first times' I can really do right now, with all of work going on too. But I guess - at times like this you've just got to be strong and just try not to think about it and just deal with shit as it comes to you bit by bit. We're only human right? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
But even with work - loyalty is just not there anymore. I remember my father saying it to me this morning, and it is so so <i>so</i> true. People would rather go through the hassle of moving contractors and everything for the sake of saving a couple of pounds per hour or week or months. It's not about the service anymore, well it is, but it all bruttles down to cost in the end. People want to much (service) for such little money (cost). I don't know whether it lays as service > cost or cost > service right now, and that (<i>in itself</i>) is frustating. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'm only 43 days into 2015 but I'm already exhausted. It's going to be a good year with plenty of experiences, both good and bad. But I can't wait to see what it brings me and hopefully things kinda settle down soon too. After all, this little "make today worth it" catch phrase and desktop wallpaper is proving pretty darn helpful. Oh the little things. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>How has 2015 been treating you so far?</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>

<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-YCsvIy1qtUw/VM9eGd3rpwI/AAAAAAAACPI/aJfn_Y4RTZ4/s1600/DSC_0222.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-YCsvIy1qtUw/VM9eGd3rpwI/AAAAAAAACPI/aJfn_Y4RTZ4/s1600/DSC_0222.JPG" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Everyone knows the feeling of dehydrated, over-pigmented and troublesome skin but the answer has always been and still remains to be... Face mask. Face mask up, slather it on, chill for a few minutes and wash it off. Not only will you be unclogging those poor pores but you'll also be giving a completely clean fresh base for your makeup or just setting yourself up for a kick ass no makeup day. <i>Winner</i>? I think so. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Now - it's all well and good saying that you love face masks, they kick ass and all the rest of it. But what face mask will serve you well and not break you out or make your skin feel dry or oily even. That's the question. So I've tallied it all up and grouped them into what would suit you. So, notepads at the ready... Ready, Set, MASK... <i>*cringe* </i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i><br /></i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>For a Complete Skin Detox - </b><u style="font-weight: bold;">Super Facialist By Una Brennan Tea Flower Deep Clean Clay Mask</u> <b>- <i>(£8.99) </i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Feel like your skin needs an <i>uber</i> deep clean? Well, Una Brennan has got her formula down that will have your skin feeling all kinds of smooth and pore free. The Tea Flower Scent isn't over powering and won't last past the whole removal stage. It just adds an extra sense of all kinds of fresh making you feel clean as poss. Don. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>For a Breakout Saviour Sesh - <u>Origins Out of Trouble 10 Minute Mask</u> - <i>(£23.00) </i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A slightly more high end option, but let's be honest Origins kicks ass when it comes to trusty, organic skincare. This will have your skin feeling smooth, less pigmented and somewhat manageable. Those nasty big bad boy zits will be kept at bay, but still drawn out over night to get rid. It is basically a dream in a bottle if you suffer from acne like little ole 2014 me! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>An Über Nourishing Option - <u>Yes To Carrots Nourishing Clay Mask</u> - (<i>£9.80)</i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This one will have you dry skinned ladies feeling all kinds of nourished and smoothed. No more foundation / concealer hanging around your dry nose or chinny chin chin. This one will have you feelin' p diddy kinda smooth in all of about 10 minutes. Get your hands on it and wave goodbye to an uber nourishing moisturiser as this will just do the job. Apply this once a week, use a lightweight moisturiser and you'll be off to kick ass skin that are as smooth as a baby's bottom. Brill. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>For a Fun Unique Mask Up Experience - </b><u style="font-weight: bold;">Sanctuary Spa 5 Minute Thermal Detox Mask</u> <b>-</b> <b><i>(£10.20) </i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So a Self Heating Face Mask? Yep you heard me. This isn't just your bog standard clay mask that will go all hard, or a good ole peel off (although those rock - any suggestions on good Peel Off Masks?). This is so much fun to apply, it's like a coal-y grey coloured mask that heats up in your hands and you can feel it working into your skin. Once it cools down (about 5 minutes or so... <i>bingo</i>) then you wipe it off and you feel clean as ever. Love love love it! The Soap & Glory Self Heating Face Mask rocks too if you want to try something different! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>What face masks have you trialled, tested and loved? </i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><i><br /></i></b></div>

<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lW93RB-LRLg/VM9bt0POBEI/AAAAAAAACOs/M2hqf71iiU0/s1600/DSC_0174.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lW93RB-LRLg/VM9bt0POBEI/AAAAAAAACOs/M2hqf71iiU0/s1600/DSC_0174.jpg" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Anyone ever use a product on their face but nothing ever looks quite the same without it? Well <u style="font-weight: bold;">Mac Woodwinked Eyeshadow</u> is just that for me. It is such an easy way to get that Smokey Eye that looks great without having to do a million different colours, layering and blending. I pretty much wear this every single day with different eyeshadows, eyeliners and mascaras combined. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This also looks great Day to Night. You can wear it on it's own with a little bit of inner corner gold highlight, a cute bronzed cheek and Velvet Teddy / Kendall Jenner-esque lipstick too. Or you can really bold it out with a gorgeous bold pink / red matte lip and a kick ass combo of bronzer, highlighter and blush on your cheeks. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When you apply this, it is best to use a primer underneath. I tend to reach for my <u style="font-weight: bold;">Mac Paint Pot In Painterly</u> which just evens out the colour of your lids, locks in all the eyeshadow and just provides a good all round base for your eyeshadow. Apply a Cranberry colour to the lids next to add a bit of depth, blend that out with a fluffy brush then use your flat eyeshadow brush to press an even layer of the Woodwinked Eyeshadow onto your lids. Blend this out with the fluffiest brush in your collection and you'll notice a burnt red, cranberry colour will form form the eyeshadow itself.<br />
<br />
All in all, I just freaking love this. It's so versatile, so easy and such a kick ass eyeshadow that you can't beat. Mac Woodwinked Eyeshadow > My Naked Palettes (no you're not dreaming... big wow).<br />

</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Lk9s2ohjo_Y/VM9Vzpd8NFI/AAAAAAAACOc/lc3C4mCHCIM/s1600/Screen%2BShot%2B2015-02-02%2Bat%2B10.47.37%2Bam.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Lk9s2ohjo_Y/VM9Vzpd8NFI/AAAAAAAACOc/lc3C4mCHCIM/s1600/Screen%2BShot%2B2015-02-02%2Bat%2B10.47.37%2Bam.png" height="424" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
We all know that rushed monday morning feeling, that just makes you feel 'undone', disorganised and behind for the rest of the day. Being a deep sleeper, weekend overloader and lie in lover I've experienced that one too many times that I've now found my kit that will have you lookin' and feelin' all kinds of P Diddy at the crack of dawn, ready for the day. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
First up, we've gotta get those eyes looking as awake as possible and we all know that curled eyelashes open up the eyes <i>a heck load</i>. I use <u style="font-weight: bold;">The Body Shop Eyelash Curlers</u>. They're great because they're budget friendly, really easy to use and clean. And also add an instant curl once you apply pressure as the spring adds extra force to ensure that they're curled as much as poss'. Then of course, I'd recommend adding lashings and lashings of your mascara of choice. Right now, I'm in between experimenting with different mascaras but I'm really digging the <u style="font-weight: bold;">No7 Midnight Lash Ultra Black Mascara</u> because it adds different fibres, lengthens with a little volume too. Bingo? I think so. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Next up, base. We've gotta get that skin looking uber glowing and uber contoured to add some structure to your face (well if you've got a bowling ball head like mine and chubby cheeks to give hamsters a running for their money). I find the <u style="font-weight: bold;">Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation in Shell</u> really great for quick, easy and a light / medium coverage. This blends like a dream, gives a 'your skin but better' finish and adds a gorgeous glow to the skin. Once you pair this with a little bit of concealer if needs be and a little bit of the <u style="font-weight: bold;">Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in Transparent</u> if you've got a long day coming up, you'll be kitted out fo' sho'. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
If you want more glowing skin and want to contour and add a really natural 'shadow' and 'definition' to your face then <u style="font-weight: bold;">Bourjois Paris </u><u style="font-weight: bold;">Bronzing Primer Mousse</u> is your guy. I apply a tiny amount onto a brush (the <u style="font-weight: bold;">Real Techniques Contour Face Brush</u> is a don at this kind of jazz) and dab the excess onto the back of my hand then apply this to my cheekbones, temples, nose, chin and hairline to create a natural glow and shadow. It'll have you looking all kinds of awake and Kimmy K. Winner. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Brows, brows, brows. Just what you need to sculpt your face. <u style="font-weight: bold;">Benefit Gimme Brow</u> is kick ass at giving you quick, Cara-esque brows. Due to the fibre brush, it adds the illusion of extra hairs to your brows whilst pinning them down and adding a little colour. Yep, gorgeous. So that'll leave you with just your lips. If you've got a long day ahead in the office / college / trapesing in and out of endless meetings then I would opt for a natural, nude lip that requires minimal maintenance and rewards some kind of moisture too. <u style="font-weight: bold;">Maybelline Baby Lips Collection</u> ticks all of those boxes, and the colour I have which you see in the picture above is like a sheer-er, cheaper and more moisturising version of <u style="font-weight: bold;">Mac Patisserie Lipstick</u>. Can't beat it. So ladies, no excuse to be late and end up with a bodge-d up makeup look serving you badly for the rest of the day. I've got you covered *high five sista*</div>

<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-WUvLFTfo7is/VMuFud4_gyI/AAAAAAAACN4/DYDsnlgT-GE/s1600/FotorCreated.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-WUvLFTfo7is/VMuFud4_gyI/AAAAAAAACN4/DYDsnlgT-GE/s1600/FotorCreated.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: right;">
<b>Visit The Website: </b><a href="http://www.weareexquisite.com/">www.weareexquisite.com</a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So, you're probably thinking... (1) where the heck have you been? and (2) you've got your own company?! I certainly have and it's recently got a whole new look, so I guess you could say that's where I've been hiding. I'm a great believer that change is good, and starting a new year and new approach with a complete new look for your company is a good start. Don't get me wrong, I'm not first to sign up to rebranding yourself all the time <i>but</i> when you've got exciting new projects coming up, you've got to look your best and be satisfied with the company you're representing in order to sell yourself to the <i>best</i> of your ability. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
My previous brand identity and approach was a very "EXQUISITE IS HERE EVERYONE" "LETS BE BOLD" "LETS THROW IT IN EVERYONES FACE AND HAVE CAPITAL LETTERS AND BIG FONT". That's not necessarily a bad thing, and yeah it most certainly got people to remember your name but when it comes to you being the face of your brand, which I soon have became, it has to represent <i>you</i> too. I'm a complete extrovert, don't get me wrong, but when it comes to being all in your face like <i>WOAH BROOK IS HERE</i> that's not really my dig. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Therefore I came up with the new brand which you see in front of you today. It is quite 'artistic', pleasant and approachable. Something more british, quintisential and not <i>too</i> feminine but a lot more feminine than my previous one. One of my favourite things to do is just keep complex, simple. Don't over load it, don't complicate it, focus on what you want to say, colours, typography. Just go with that. It's the best thing to do. A varied colour palette that blends and falls into place is always good. Be simple, but be bold and confident about what you're selling. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>So </i>with all my ranting, explaining and business-chatter over with go and check it out and let me know what you think. We offer all different kinds of services such a Brand Identity (like Logos for example, perfect for you fellow bloggers who want to build your own identity on the world wide web!), Website Design & Development (of course), Print Stationary (this includes all things like Business Cards, Headed Paper and Compliment Slips to those fancy Invitations for your birthday party, wedding or christening <i>(for example)</i>) alongside plenty of Social Media Marketing, Advert Design and Photography / Film. So we can pretty much do all things design, so if you would like to work together or know someone who does... ping them my contact details / website and we'll be ballin'. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Enjoy, have a good weekend & feel loved and awesome for being so supportive!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-gdlIcO5PBj4/VGOZ1htKJ2I/AAAAAAAACEQ/ulx9L1wOZlY/s1600/drycleaners.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-gdlIcO5PBj4/VGOZ1htKJ2I/AAAAAAAACEQ/ulx9L1wOZlY/s640/drycleaners.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you know me, you'll know that I'm a complete sucker for a good jacket. <i>Especially</i> a Zara jacket, because let's be honest... who doesn't love Zara? Well on my trip to Cornwall at the latter part of last year, I noticed that once I got back my jackets just didn't feel clean. With all the travelling and intense walks and endless amounts of visits to fish mongers, my coats were well due a wash.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'd recently washed one of my white collared box fit jackets in the wash despite it specifically saying 'Dry Cleaning Only' on it, let's just say now that isn't a jacket I wear anymore... The strings are running loose, it feels really 'crispy' and rock solid and it's 10 x smaller than it was before meaning layering those well loved chunky knits underneath aren't much of a winner. After that, I said <i>never again </i>and waved hello to the Dry Cleaners and I'd never ever go back. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I genuinely don't know what life has been without it. Now I'm a complete washing maniac, I probably put on about 6 washes a week, <i>yep</i>. I love my clothes to be clean, and there's nothing quite like your pair of skinnies fresh out the warm tumble dryer... can't just be me... <i>surely?</i> But I got 5 jackets cleaned and came back with change from a couple of twenty pound notes... bingo? All your coats are washed, ironed and returned all hung up, smelling great and feeling lovely. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
With jackets being the prime pieces of my outfit, it really is important to keep them looking clean and you feeling fresh too. I think we often forget to wash our jackets, but with those sweaty pits and all the rest of it - it's important to keep them clean. After all, that's what is going to have more physical contact with public things than your top underneath. Especially if you're a leaner like me! So go on, do it! You won't regret it!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>Have you tried the Dry Cleaners before? </i></div>
Brook Dellarhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14238849545790756086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4538809209958060383.post-29524199725118957472015-01-15T07:41:00.000-08:002015-01-15T07:41:22.851-08:00IS MOROCCAN OIL REALLY ALL THAT GREAT?<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-1-thJbMxPMI/VGOaa_tBHWI/AAAAAAAACEg/m6jl3bsHlFU/s1600/moroccanoil.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-1-thJbMxPMI/VGOaa_tBHWI/AAAAAAAACEg/m6jl3bsHlFU/s640/moroccanoil.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Morrocan Oil, Argan Oil, Keratin Oil... those words have been floating around these spaces for quite some time but are they really as kick ass as everyone makes out? Now, don't get me wrong, there are a million and one alternatives to <i>the</i> original Moroccan Oil. I was contemplating getting it for a while as it isn't exactly like picking up a cheeky bottle of Vitamin Water from the shop at the Train Station. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
... But honestly it is one of the best investments I've ever made. My hair has honestly been so much better, it's not as dry and even my hairdresser noticed the difference. I usually get my hair done every 8 weeks, which consists of the typical lots of bleach on the ends to get that kick ass ombre and the chopping off of never ending dead ends. <i>But </i>this time my hairdresser said there wasn't that much that actually needed doing and it was in great condition. Bingo! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So not only does it leave your hair looking and feeling all kinds of awesome, but it also leaves you quids in for a couple of extra weeks at the hairdressers too. That sounds great, <i>right? </i>If you've never used any kind of Moroccan Oil then it's basically like a thick serum / oil that just melts into your hair. You can apply it to damp / towel dried hair (probably dry hair too if you use it sparingly otherwise you'll end up looking like dry shampoo really isn't your bestie!) </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
All in all, it's so easy to use and you notice such a huge difference in such a short space of time. So go on gal, get your ass on Feel Unique and pick your Moroccan Oil up. After all, your hair will love you for it and I might love you just as much too... <i>Shh... </i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i><br /></i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>What products do you use on your hair to keep it maintained?</i></div>
Brook Dellarhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14238849545790756086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4538809209958060383.post-37124522759116031292015-01-13T06:37:00.001-08:002015-01-13T06:37:20.477-08:00WHAT DRUGSTORE DRY SHAMPOO SUITS YOU?<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-a7RmR8dfYHE/VLQEU1M8yeI/AAAAAAAACMg/71mpdXxU7Nc/s1600/DSC_0162.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-a7RmR8dfYHE/VLQEU1M8yeI/AAAAAAAACMg/71mpdXxU7Nc/s1600/DSC_0162.JPG" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'll be honest, I'm really lazy with washing my hair. However, isn't it just one of <i>the </i>best things having fresh and clean hair? Well, the new way to achieve that is by the all mighty Dry Shampoo. As far as I'm aware, this wasn't invented until that long ago but what a great idea. Like heck a load of respect for whoever invented that, genius. But with <i>so</i> many brands jumping on the band wagon and creating their very own version of Dry Shampoo. But they all tend to do different things and perform well. So, I have just the kit to have all you sorted... </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>For Sweet Smelling, Texturised Hair</u>: <i>Urban Fudge Crisp Pear and Sweet Vanilla Dry Shampoo</i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Nothing quite beats a freaking awesome smelling Dry Shampoo, let's be honest, it just makes the whole thing ten times more exciting. But this one works pretty much like a texturising spray, leaves your hair smelling nice and adds plenty of grit and oomph to the hair. <i style="text-align: right;">Warning: this can leave a white residue if you over do it!</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>For a Hairdressers Smelling, Uber Oil Free Hair</u>: <i>Tresemme Instant Refresh Dry Shampoo</i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Right, you fellow hair dying, bleach loving and dead ends hoarders out there steer clear of this one. This is the ultimate oil drying, hair stripping dry shampoo which will have you feeling all kinds of professionally clean with that clinical, chemical-y smelling hair. So if you quite literally don't give a damn about what the dry shampoo smells like, and you just want a bit of texture with absolutely no oil / grease to be seen, this one's your guy... </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>For Fresh Linen Smelling, Extra Clean Hair</u>: <i>Dove Refresh + Care Dry Shampoo</i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This remains my all time favourite, and will most probably stick in first place for pretty much all my existence. But this really does <i>rock</i>. It not only leaves your hair smelling as fresh as a daisy, but it keeps all that greasy-ness at bay whilst adding volume and texture. High five Dove, you've kicked ass with this one. *boom boom ching*</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
There's such a range of dry shampoo's out there in the big wide world of the drugstore, but these are some of the best I've trialled and tested (Alongside <b><u>Ruth's Co Lab Dry Shampoo range</u></b> which pretty much rocks just as much as Dove's one does too... <i>yeah you heard me</i>). Just one for each and every one of you, bingo!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>Let me know your Dry Shampoo Picks!</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2pN1o_XPv_Q/VLP-qz6anSI/AAAAAAAACLs/eE5F8uYJirI/s1600/DSC_0015.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2pN1o_XPv_Q/VLP-qz6anSI/AAAAAAAACLs/eE5F8uYJirI/s1600/DSC_0015.JPG" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
One of my New Years Resolutions is to clean my makeup brushes more often, I mean I'm <i>really</i> bad at it. I've been known to leave them dirty for a good month or so, which I know ladies, it's grim... right? But it's just so time consuming. Over the years, I've collected a heck load of brushes ranging from cheap eBay ones to trusty Real Techniques ones to the low and behold Zoeva Rose Gold Collection. All of them are great, but when you have about 50 brushes clogged with never ending products, finding the time to clean them <i>thoroughly</i> is really the last thing I want to be doing. But after much experience I've found a routine which will have you as sorted as Simon... <i>(that's a new one - hmm, anyway...)</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i></i></div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Prioritise</u>: </b>Right, it goes without saying, having cleaner brushes will stop you from breaking out as bad. I suffer from acne, but with a simple skincare routine (did someone say Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm... yep that stuff <i>rocks</i>) and a set of clean face brushes you'll be sorted. If you're like me and rock the same eye look pretty much everyday, there's not really any need to clean those as often as your face brushes as it's not really going to clog up as much bacteria... just more pigment and product which will make your eye look seem more intense anyway. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Routine</u>: </b>After you've prioritised, just find a routine. Maybe spare an hour or so every Sunday to clean your Face Brushes and then every other Sunday do your Face Brushes too. I usually do mine on a sunday with a face mask in, tunes in and pair that with the chores of Ironing too. Oh what us ladies have to do, eh? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>The Product</u>: </b>I've tried endless products to clean my makeup brushes, from the likes of Mac to the good ole Beauty Blender Soap Bar but it still comes down to it that good ole Johnsons Baby Shampoo is just the bomb.com. It's just increds. It isn't too harsh but it cleans the brushes with ease when paired with luke warm water, isn't too expensive and is easy to get. What more could you want? After all, you're going to be putting those products back on your face and you're bound to have some shampoo / brush cleaner / soap left lingering, so why use a super strong, chemical one when you can have something more gentle that won't irritate the skin? (p.s. the Dr Bronner Liquid Soaps are awesome too!)</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Letting Them Dry</u>: </b>I learnt this from all those embarrassing moments where I actually resorted to googling how to clean my makeup brushes, and that's to just dry your wet, clean brushes with a light hand on a towel and then reshape them and leave them so that your brush is hanging off the side of a table. That way, the water won't get into the mechanism of the brush and won't therefore break down the glue meaning your brushes will be in better shape for even longer... <i>bingo - rant over! </i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>Hopefully this helps some of you who are a bit of a Makeup Brush Cleaning Noob like myself. If you have any tips be sure to share them below! </i></div>

Recently, blogging has just gone crazy alongside Youtube and Vines and all the rest of it. However, as with most things, a lot of thought goes behind each little post, photo and design asset within your little corner of the internet. Everyone is unique, and don't get me wrong that's pretty darn awesome, but I'm almost certain that any of you fellow Beauty Bloggers out there will relate to pretty much all of these traits. If not, I guess I'm just another weirdo stage ahead. But cringe worthy giggles at the ready... </div>

<b><u>BlueTac Is Your Bestfriend</u>: </b>Yep, you heard me. Good ole Bluetac strikes again. You know those uber fancy birds eye view photos with so called 'neatly arranged' but kinda effortless, tidy shots? Yeah, they would be a complete mess without bluetac (or whitetac if you're feeling uber fancy). I've spent far too long trying to keep my mascara tubes straight against a magazine and let me tell ya', it's mission impossible. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Going Into The Drugstore Is Never Boring</u>: </b>So the other day, I nipped into Boots to pick up the boring old stock ups such as deodorant, shaving gel, wash puff, body wash and lip balm... <i>wild times</i>. But I found myself doing my inspector gadget all over the aisles, spotting new releases, colour ranges, offers and coming out with all kinds of odd coloured swatches and combinations on my hands. Let's just say, Picasso would probably have been tidier with his paint than I was with my makeup swatches. Bingo. (<u>Side Note</u>: Is it just me that can't go into Boots and spend below £20 and always ends up with 2982309823095 more things than I need? Please say it's not just me... <i>*crosses fingers*</i>). </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>The Perfect Instagram Shot Doesn't Come Easy</u>: </b>Ever since I've had my DSLR I've been absolutely loving photography even more, but not so much with my iPhone. Now don't get me wrong, iPhones rock and their cameras kick ass. But when you compare the quality from your DSLR to an iPhone it's just different class. It's like Dominos Pizza vs Tesco 'Put In The Oven' Pizza, it's just a no brainer. Therefore apps like Afterglow or even good ole Photoshop will have me getting all kinds of editing-ey to get those instragams just right. I'd tried to rearrange a table at lunch before to get the uber fancy 'casual' lunch shot, and ended up dipping my white shirt in tomato sauce which wasn't ideal. Oh what a girl does for a good photo, eh? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Starting & Designing Your Blog Is The Hardest Part</u>: </b>Now I never thought I'd put both the words 'Design' and 'Hardest' in the same sentence, considering I'm the biggest IT geek and design freak you're gonna get. But what I mean is, I've never really ever been happy with the layout of my blog. Before I just settled for good ole simple 'brookdellar.co.uk' I ventured out to all kinds of weird names such as 'The Addict', 'The Cambridge Editor', 'BD', 'Vivid Blossom'. Let's just say, I spent quite a bit on Etsy Premade Blog Templates. Then I came across <u>Graphic Cookies</u> which allow you to either buy a custom made template for Blogger or Youtube OR get a premade one. This way, I got the look I wanted and kept it simple. But the key is, not to faff too much with your design and just get posting and promoting. You'll soon figure what works for you and what doesn't. Plus, you can always change it later on or as you go? Split it up and just do what you love best... blogging. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Different Reactions That Make You Awkwardly Giggle</u>: </b>To anyone who isn't a Blogger / Youtuber or all round regular to these kinds of scenes, they'll find it really odd how you'd spend your evenings and weekends discussing things such as deoderant, hair wash or ways to put on your makeup. I can understand their point of view because when my friend Danielle first told me about Youtube / Blogging I thought she was crazy. Sitting up watching little videos of people in their room saying what they got when they recently went shopping or what foundation they've been liking recently? I thought she was crazy, but 3 Youtube Videos in and a couple of Blog discoveries and it was soon an addiction. I get such lovely comments from Friends, Family and the all round General 'Public' (I guess you could say!) from how much they love my blog and my content and my design / photographs. It's so enlightening and really makes me appreciate having such a great group of people around me to support me in something I want to do. I've never really been one to have hobbies or commit to something for a long time, but I can see this going somewhere in my head simply towards a Portfolio for a potential Interviewer, Boss or Colleague. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I think it goes without saying that the Internet is a crazy thing and turns us all kinds of crazy chatting about all kinds of crazy things, but all in all I think Blogging is pretty darn awesome. I've learnt so much from it, it's just like a really cool school / summer project that's just never ended... <i>Winner</i>. But whether you relate to come of these or have your own traits, thoughts or experiences about blogging - be sure to comment and share below!</div>

<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pD-RR_mhI1c/VKv6WX64TCI/AAAAAAAACLE/8UclvneFn8c/s1600/DSC_0165.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pD-RR_mhI1c/VKv6WX64TCI/AAAAAAAACLE/8UclvneFn8c/s1600/DSC_0165.jpg" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Shaving, AKA the bain of every girls life, let's be honest. I'm kinda lazy when it comes to things like scrubbing and masking but when it comes to shaving (as much as I hate it and it's an absolute pain) I <i>always</i> do it without fail. Nothing quite like a turn off than legs as hairy as a gorilla, let's not be that gal. But I feel like shaving is something that's not really discussed enough. It's something all of us has to do but there's no razors that are ever recommended or any other alternatives discussed other than how much waxing kills (Fact of the day: I've never been waxed... <i>ever</i>). So I thought I'd introduce you to my routine... </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
First up, you've gotta get a razor that you like. Gillette have pretty much got it down when it comes to razors. You can get budget to high end alternatives, but just nip into your local boots store (or even the beauty aisle on your weekly food shop) and look at what you like the look of best. The razor on the left for me is my favourite as it's comfortable, has a nourishing strip which moisturises the legs and has 4 mini blades which means it takes off those stubborn hairs like a dream. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Next up, shaving cream, well if you're a shaving cream gal. There's all sorts of shaving creams, I just absolutely love the <u style="font-weight: bold;">Gillette Venus Olay Shaving Cream</u> because it is quite literally the definition of nourishing in a can. It's budget friendly and will have you foaming up your bath with all sorts of goodness too. If you're not a shaving cream kinda kiddo, then why not try a <b><u>Nourishing Conditioner </u></b>(yep, the one that you use on your hair... that'll have your legs feeling like a dream too). Or if you're not into any of that, just wet shave. It allows the razor blades to get all the hairs out closer to the route as obviously it doesn't have loads of substance to get through like a shaving cream. Enjoy. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you're shy about the whole shaving / razor / blades shenanigans then <u style="font-weight: bold;">the Veet Collection</u> is always a winner. They have a great range of creams that just quite literally dissolve hairs. I use their <u style="font-weight: bold;">Veet Hair Removal Cream for Sensitive Skin</u> to get rid of those hairs down below, if you know what I'm sayin'. It works great, pain-free and keeps those hairs at bay for longer than if you were to shave. I mean - winner or what? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When it comes to ingrown hairs, I'm not really someone who has ever experienced that so I don't know about what to do, what to use and how to tackle those but I know Amelia Liana talks about it all the time so she's your lady if you're on the hunt for advice about that. She's a babe too!</div>

<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-wSl2FEWcLKU/VKrLwzA9G2I/AAAAAAAACKw/uJwS4HDQZz4/s1600/DSC_0004.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-wSl2FEWcLKU/VKrLwzA9G2I/AAAAAAAACKw/uJwS4HDQZz4/s1600/DSC_0004.jpg" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you're a regular to these spaces, you'll have noticed that I've been playing hide and seek around my little corner of the internet recently. Not going to lie, the biscuit tin and kettle has been where I've been at. But joking aside, I'm <i>really</i> pulling myself together recently and that's a lot to do with just having some <i>me</i> time. I think everyone needs that time once in a while to take a bit of time out from work, projects and all those things that keep you busy to reflect on what's working, what's not, what needs to be reassessed and just have a good ole clear out and change before we all get bored. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i></i></div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Now I guess if you really think about it life is a funny ole thing. We all go down different paths, form our own character, meet new people and discover new things. It's most definitely something to be excited about, and 2014 was definitely a year full of ups and downs but nothing less than plenty of learning. I feel as though I've really matured in the last year or so. I've got my own car, with a Full UK Driving Licence, my own company and a managerial position for a large commercial company, I've got a great group of loved ones around me with a cosy house and money in the bank. There's nothing really that is an issue other than those typical #firstworldproblems that we all <i>totally </i>get pi**ed about, but let's be honest you reading this right now are probably in a similar position. But maturity definitely comes with experience and 2014 was definitely that.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
2014 was most certainly not what I presumed it was going to be from day one. I've started driving, I've got my own company, I set up this little corner of the internet, I found a new fashion sense, I've met lifetime friends, been on endless emotional journeys, experienced many awkward and very 'bridget jones-esque' situations, I've started doing my own washing, ironing and even cooking, I've been through various different dating scenarios which I never foresaw myself to be in, I've grown skills in areas which I didn't even know were '<i>a thing', </i>I read my first ever book the whole way through, I decorated my bedroom twice and ate as many biscuits to stock up Fox's factory for a century but I don't regret hardly any of it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'll openly admit that I've made silly decisions and ended up in scenarios like something out of The Hills, Made In Chelsea or good ole Eastenders. But I feel as though it was all a learning curve, and growing up in itself was never going to be easy and I guess this is only the beginning. And after all we're only human, we can't be perfect and life is for living. You only live once, <i>in my opinion</i>, so make the most of it and kick ass. Be successful, follow leads that you want to follow and find a route that will have your smile beaming as bright as the English Sun in mid-july. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
By meeting new people, doing new things and just following your heart it can bring you all kinds of things. If you're oppurtunistic, your life will be 327305982309523 more successful, <i>in my opinion</i>. Success in my eyes is for people that try things and learn from them. Shying away from an opportunity is just being silly, <i>really.</i> Whether that be work, home, relationships etc. We all need to just follow our gut instincts. And yeah, don't get me wrong, it might not be all great the whole time but it will for sure something that you can tell as a story at the end of the day whilst you're snuggled in bed with your bestie, your mum or your boyfriend lighting enough candles to have Yankee Candle feeling jealous.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Therefore that's why over 2015, I'm just going to be a million times more willing to try new things, <i>discover the unknown</i>. It's kinda exciting but really bloomin' scary too. But if you can't do that when you're seventeen going on eighteen with a great squad of family, friends and a kick ass boyfriend to do it with then when are you going to be able to do it... right? Career wise, I'm going to pursue all my career prospects. Keep pushing my Dellar as a Sales & Marketing Manager, keep driving my Graphic & Web Design Company and place more effort into this and see where this goes too (possibly alongside a Youtube Channel but that's TBC). It's all kinds of exciting but definitely something I'm going to be scared to try too. Little ole me, conquering the world - let's do a group high five and kick ass together. We'll rock,<i> right?</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>What are your resolutions for 2015? Any funny moments from 2014 that you want to share? </i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

WINNER...<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oJAeFg4LfJM/VJMBhMTG6RI/AAAAAAAACKA/jINzdIAT4lM/s1600/DSC_0158.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oJAeFg4LfJM/VJMBhMTG6RI/AAAAAAAACKA/jINzdIAT4lM/s1600/DSC_0158.jpg" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Now I don't know about you but I am a complete and utter Face Mask junkie. I absolutely love the whole process of it, perfect for your typical pamper evening. But when I heard about not only a <i>Self Heating</i> Face Mask but an Exfoliating one too, I thought I was dreaming. But Soap and Glory's new <u style="font-weight: bold;">No Clogs Allowed Deep Pore Detox Face Mask</u> really means business.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Well, let's just say I'm certainly not disappointed. The process is so easy and just shy of £10.00 it really is a bargain. If you rub this in your hands and shake it to warm it up, then squeeze a sparing amount onto your hand and apply that your face in circular motions you'll feel it heat up even more so. You then wet your hands slightly and feel the particles exfoliating the skin. You will then be able to take it off with a warm flannel / muslin cloth. There isn't really another mask which compares to how great this feels and makes the skin feel after. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I have also noticed that my spots have drastically improved with simply using this and my Emma Hardie Cleansing balm. It just goes to show that if you really want to have clear skin, it can simply be by <i>keeping your skincare routine simple and as chemical free as possible</i>. Honestly. I used to use all sorts of scrubs, serums and exfoliators. It's really not worth it, as it can irritate the skin, cause too many chemical reactions between products and become an all round confusing mess. Just let each different thing do it's stuff, give it time and see if that works because I'm pretty darn sure you'll notice a difference in no time. Promise. *high five*<br />
<br />
<i>Have you tried any of Soap & Glory's Skincare Range? </i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Dv-1sBoEKtQ/VJGKQVmTWFI/AAAAAAAACJw/0sh82wi1lLs/s1600/carabrows.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Dv-1sBoEKtQ/VJGKQVmTWFI/AAAAAAAACJw/0sh82wi1lLs/s1600/carabrows.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Whenever I talk about or think of brows I cannot get Cara Delevigne out of my head. But fear not, because there won't be as much lusting and loving over her brows when you can get your brows looking pretty darn kick ass too. Benefit's not-so-new release of their <u style="font-weight: bold;">Benefit Gimme Brow</u> will leave your brows looking fuller, thicker and tamed whilst adding that little extra fibres to make you seem as though those brows have more to 'em than they really do. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Small, Thin Brow Gals</u><span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">: </span>Welcome to my world. I tend to brush my brows then use my L'oreal Brow Artiste Pencil or Maybelline Brow Pencil (whichever will do!) to fill in the majority of my brows and give them some shape. Next up brush them out again and add a fair sharing of my Benefit Gimme Brow. You thin brow-ed girls will notice a <i>huge</i> difference now as the Gimme Brow not only tames them, but also adds texture and thickens the brows with little fibres making it look like you've got more brow hairs than you actually have. If you use a light highlight colour under the brow bone and on your t zone that will make your brows look more prominent too.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i style="font-weight: bold;"><u>Normal, Shaped Brow Gals</u>: </i>You clever clogs are lucky to have a brain cell not to go over board with a Razor like in Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging and didn't get carried away with your tweezers when you were fresh to the teen scene. I can only recommend using a brown eyeshadow with an angled brush to fill in your brows, then also add a little bit of clear brow gel or even Benefit's Gimme Brow in order to achieve a fuller look. Just stick to plucking and keeping them in shape, possibly take a trip to the Threaders in Harrods, London on your next trip down and keep it that way. You could be the next Cara Brow Fantasy gal on the scene before you know it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i style="font-weight: bold;"><u>Thick, Natural Look Brow Gals</u>: </i>This is your time to shine Gimme Brow as the Gimme Brow can really be used to create a natural brow look for those of you who has got the whole brow game on point already. Plenty of hairs, plenty of shape and plenty of cara shenanigans. Just brush a little bit of Benefit's formula through the brows for an uber natural look and maybe even smoke that eyeshadow out a little more to add some more depth to your face. Not gonna lie I'm very jealous, watch out Cara... </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I think that pretty much just covers it for all you different brow types out there. No matter the state of your brows, we've all been there before. I've accidentally slit-ed my eyebrows before and ouch the banter from that was horrendous. If only Benefit released this for us 90s chicks hey? No excuse for your Cara Brow Game not to be on point anymore, especially for the party season. Lots of love. X </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>Do you have any embarrassing brow stories?</i></div>
Brook Dellarhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14238849545790756086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4538809209958060383.post-35409108954049291462014-12-16T06:52:00.000-08:002014-12-16T06:52:01.963-08:00ANOTHER ZARA PURCHASE?<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-eIIpWVpWDiQ/VInEEX9p2PI/AAAAAAAACII/_cE0sTPDEP0/s1600/DSC_0213.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-eIIpWVpWDiQ/VInEEX9p2PI/AAAAAAAACII/_cE0sTPDEP0/s1600/DSC_0213.jpg" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If anyone knows me, you will know that I'm the worlds biggest fan of Zara. Not only are their clothes <i>so</i> my thing, but they're <i>such</i> good quality and the service is great and ordering online is pretty darn awesome too. Their minimal website design is great, their packaging is kick ass (yes we can finally wave goodbye to those dreaded plastic packaging bags and say hello to a neatly folded pile of goodness - *hip hip horray*. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On a recent trip to Cambridge for my parents birthday pressies, I of course nipped off to have a peak at what Zara had on the clothing menu and soon spotted this Coat-igan biker style jacket. Tried it on and <i>fell in love</i>......... INSTANTLY. It's gorgeous. It's handmade in Italy and will just have you feeling all things snuggly but looking all kinds of stylish. But coming in at £109.00 it wasn't a given to fork out on it instantly. A few months back and little old me wouldn't have second guessed but with driving lessons, endless beauty #feelingspendy moments, it wasn't just as easy as that. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
But going in and trying it again with not only Maia (from <u style="font-weight: bold;"><a href="http://thebeautymess.blogspot.co.uk/">The Beauty Mess</a></u> - go check her out, she's a <i>babe</i>) who is one of my bestest buds, but also Rianna who is also a babe. I just knew that going back 3 times and still wanting it 9543515346513 times more it was going to have to be done. And I just <i>love</i> it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I tend to pair it with a good ole pair of black skinnies (being as adventurous as ever) and a flow-y top and a tiered necklace. Pair it with a good ole pair of trusty loafers and biker boots - <i>bingo</i>. I'd definitely recommend you going and trying this on. Save the dollar as it will be a classic that will last a long time and you'll be feeling like P Diddy within no time. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>Are you a fellow Zara fan? </i></div>

Any fellow loyal Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer lovers? Yep, I can well and truly say I'm happily on the band wagon. But with many Bloggers and Youtubers mentioning this whole Illuminating Touch Brightening Concealer shenanigans, I thought I'd give it a go and see whether it's all that too. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Now, it's safe to say Collection have got it down with their formula of the <u style="font-weight: bold;">Lasting Perfection Concealer</u>. Period. It not only has a decent range of shades with a universal undertone that won't have you looking yellow-y, salmon-y or all round oompa loompa but it also has you looking all things natural whilst rocking a full coverage. Limited creasing, go a shade up and you can use this to highlight and do your don contour Amelia Liana style. Need I say more? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
But, is the <u style="font-weight: bold;">Illuminating Touch Brightening Concealer</u> just as good? Well, first up the colour tones are completely different. I find this to be a little more yellow-y and not as natural. It doesn't seem to 'seam' very well with my foundation which sucks ass. I like the twist and brush feature, that's pretty decent but gets uber groggy <i>uber</i> fast. But for those inner corner, conceal and cover those eyeshadow fall kinda moments, this one is a winner. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
All in all - they're pretty darn great. But I think the inner Full Coverage, Loyal Lasting Perfection gal in me is shouting out to just shade up on the Lasting Perfection concealer to get that whole brightening look. But for any of you Salmon / Yellow undertone chicks out there, be sure to give the Illuminating Touch offering a whirl. It may just be your dupe for the YSL Touch Eclait, and hey - who doesn't love a dupe? <i>Right? </i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i><br /></i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>Have you tried Collection's products?</i></div>

<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-KX0-TWWnfxk/VInDNNrtAdI/AAAAAAAACHw/5l7vum3HqFk/s1600/DSC_0186.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-KX0-TWWnfxk/VInDNNrtAdI/AAAAAAAACHw/5l7vum3HqFk/s1600/DSC_0186.jpg" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Any fellow problematic skin ladies out there? Yep, add me to that list. Let's just say, God's generosity may have ran out when deciding which type of skin I will have. Not only does it have the tendency to switch from Dry to Oily about 10 to the dozen, but it is also acne prone and pretty darn red. So when I heard the million and one people ranting and raving about the Clarisonic I was game for trying it out, and let's just say I wasn't disappointed. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
The results we're astonishing, after 3 days those groggy pores that us ladies spend dollars and dollars on pore minimising gels and powders, the <b><u>Clarisonic</u></b> (as far as I'm concerned) is where it's at. Using this everyday, yeah maybe steer clear from that one, as it did (admirably) break me out. But I was using this twice a day... <i>everyday</i>. Not the most practical of ideas, I know. But pair this with a <u style="font-weight: bold;">Refreshing Gel Cleanser</u>, the Clarisonic's option naturally works great alongside it but any is great. Something that foams up especially (*cough* did someone say Simple Facial Wash? *cough* *wink wink*). </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
The only hesitation, however, that I have about this little gadget of awesomeness, is the charging factor. If you're a traveller, forgetter or lazy lady like myself then this may be an issue. But quite frankly, I've got myself over that hurdle and charged it up plenty in between using it (which is 1/2 times per week, FYI). It isn't ugly, it's worth the money (yep we're talking triple digits guys but honestly, no more money on the Benefit Professional...) and you won't be having those 'ugh my skin looks horrendous' in those uber closeup selfies with your DSLR. (I've been there, don't worry!) </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
So, ladies... gents... this is one to look out for. Definitely pop this on your Christmas List or just save a few dollar here and there to make the splurge. I totally, one million and ten gazillion percent get the hype and I'm no way on earth regretting the purchase. High five Clarisonic team, you kick <i>ass</i>. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: right;">
<i>Have you tried the Clarisonic? </i></div>

<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QgZyKjL3AzQ/VGOcR8BJk6I/AAAAAAAACFM/afBeVW5a97A/s1600/wetlook.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QgZyKjL3AzQ/VGOcR8BJk6I/AAAAAAAACFM/afBeVW5a97A/s640/wetlook.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Hey, you know that 'Wet Look Makeup Look' that all those Beauty Editors, Style Icons and Makeup Artists are banging on about in the press, on their blog and on every form of social media you can think of? Yeah, I've found a way to achieve that, <i>on a budget</i>. Yep - you can thank me later. But this is totally effortless, will have you leaving the house in 10 minutes, rocking a completely awesome style and having plenty of money still in the bank. You game? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
First up, the eyeshadow. Of course, L'oreal are the ones to go to in this department with their (not-so but still fairly) new <u style="font-weight: bold;">Colour Riche Eyeshadow Collection</u>. I have mine stuck to my lids pretty much every day. I usually layer this underneath a Cranberry eyeshadow, then layer Mac Woodwinked on top to give a slightly more wet, smokey look to your average woodwinked look - ya know? Pair this eyeshadow with a <u style="font-weight: bold;">Urban Decay 24 Hour Eye Pencil</u> and you'll be off to a gooden. <u style="font-weight: bold;">Rimmel London Scandaleyes Eyeliners</u> are a great budget option too. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Of course - base, base, base. The <b><u>Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation</u></b> will have you covered for a natural, jouey and even base that will look great for daytime, or evening. Wanna add a bit of <u style="font-weight: bold;">Bourjois Bronzing Primer</u> on top (or under neath even for an <i>uber </i>subtle look), absolute winner. Cream blush is always a go to as well for a wet look, the <u style="font-weight: bold;">Frat Boy Cream Blush</u> are pretty darn awesome too. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Now - the star of the show, the lips. I have never ever came across a lipgloss that gives this much of a bold, yet nude look to the lips. This will have your lips looking all things wet, but lasts forever and isn't sticky. You dreaming? Nuh uh. Thanks to Birchbox for finding this beauty for me, AKA <u style="font-weight: bold;">Model Co's Lip Lacquer</u>. Their collection is utterly stunning and pair this on top of your ultimate nude lipstick or a fair share of <u style="font-weight: bold;">Charlotte Tilbury's Lip Liner in Pillowtalk</u> and you'll be having those pouty, bigger lips that only Kimmy K has pulled off until that day. Promise. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>What do you think of the whole Wet Look Makeup Look Craze? </i></div>
Brook Dellarhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14238849545790756086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4538809209958060383.post-70611300445178422412014-12-02T07:18:00.000-08:002014-12-02T07:18:00.386-08:00LEARNING WHEN TO JUST TAKE A BREAK <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-YHX7tYSTrCc/VElHMFW-NjI/AAAAAAAACAU/qsVKxK7Z2v4/s1600/TAKINGABREAK.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-YHX7tYSTrCc/VElHMFW-NjI/AAAAAAAACAU/qsVKxK7Z2v4/s1600/TAKINGABREAK.jpg" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
With everything around us always being so hectic, it's important to just take a little zen moment here and there to assess, have a look at what you're doing and just <i>chill</i>. If you're anything like a workaholic, stressaholic and chatty/upbeat/intense as I am, then you'll seriously need to get your chill on now and then. Load up moving offices, a shed loads of friends family and boys with plenty of gossip alongside deadlines, the pressure of christmas and a huge lack of sleep I think I'm well and truly wishing I was back in the little holiday pad in Cornwall having some proper down time, just me myself and I. *do do do do doo* - <i>how can we not sing along? </i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i></i></div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Planning, planning, planning</u>: </b>The key to not getting too overloaded is, quite simply, planning. Just plan ahead - plan those days out with your pals where you'll spend more money than you can handle. Plan your days where you're going to be surgically attached to your computer to get sh*t done. Plan the days that you just wanna chill in bed with a never ending stream of netflix, youtube and as much blogging natter as you can handle with a lifetime stash of snacks and natter. It's important to know what's coming up, what to look forward to and what to prep - that way you always know where you're at and won't have one of those "oh my god where do I start" stressy moments. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Be selfish</u>: </b>Yeah, sounds harsh, but we've got to be. I'm always Jeremy Kyle to my friends, family and 'boyfriend', but sometimes you've just got to put yourself first. Make sure you're okay, seek advice, have a bitch, have a rant. It's normal, it's okay, it's only human. We're all gonna get off days. Even little old me over here who is always chatting for england, smiling like a goon and being sharpie as always has off days. It's totally cool - your loved ones will understand, since hey - we're all human and we've all probably been there once or twice.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Don't take too much on</u>: </b>You opportunistic peeps out there, this one is for you. Don't shoot down opportunities by any means - some opportunities only come once in a lifetime so don't count those out for a day in bed with good ole Ben & Jerry. <i>But </i>when someone asks you to do something, whether that be your parents, your teacher, your boss... if that's too much then just say "no". It's hard, I know. But if you can't handle it, you'll end up messing yourself up more by having too much of a to do list and pile of commitments. Just say "i'm not ready yet" or "I have too much on" or something of the sort. I'm sure if they're getting you to consider the opportunity, they think (read: know) that you kick ass, and will be able to imagine how many people are dreaming of having you on their team. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Try not to overthink</u>: </b>I'm a worrier too, and I assess stuff til' the cows come home, I'll admit. But when it comes to over thinking and looking back into the past, it won't help ya. If you've messed up, it's cool - everyone does. If you've done something great, cool, move on and do something else that's kick ass too. It's totally normal, I swear. Just make sure that you are pleased with how everything is planning out and make sure that it runs smoothly like that again next time. It'll bring you down 392850923852 times more if you dwell. I promise. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-bIH8N7mt1tg/VGOa8dFXdyI/AAAAAAAACEw/-cle3FiPgOQ/s1600/revloncolourstaymoisturestain.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-bIH8N7mt1tg/VGOa8dFXdyI/AAAAAAAACEw/-cle3FiPgOQ/s640/revloncolourstaymoisturestain.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Recently, I've been venturing out to the darker lips - particularly purple toned lips. Nothing I've ever really given a whirl before but I'm well and truly on the purple lips wagon. It can add so much density, confidence and all round kick ass look to any makeup look, outfit and will kit you up for a kick ass night out, photoshoot or even dinner if you get a kick ass formula. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Speaking of kick ass formulas, Revlon's new release of their <u style="font-weight: bold;">Colourstay Moisture Stain</u>s are pretty darn awesome. They apply so evenly, provide a great wash of glossy yet bold colour with an awesome 'just bitten' lips stain after. What more could you want hey? I went for this purple-y colour, but I'll most be picking up some more in some more nude shades to keep me sorted for a day-to-day basis. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When it comes to lip stains, I'm not saying I'm any genius, but I've tried my fair few. Until now, well kinda in the runnings still gotta admit, are Benefit's Lip Stains but they're more on the pricey side than these. So if you're looking for more of a budget friendly option then Revlon have got your back. They've got a great range of shades too. It looks like we will be waving goodbye to those pricey lip stains and adding this to our shopping basket or laying pretty heavy hints to Santa and your Stocking. Can't blame ya. Winner. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>Have you tried the Revlon Colourstay Moisture Stains? or are you loyal to any other Lip Stains? </i></div>

<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-MPAXlfmE2Cc/VHX6ke1PqnI/AAAAAAAACF0/U-SUt3r78rc/s1600/DSC_0798.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-MPAXlfmE2Cc/VHX6ke1PqnI/AAAAAAAACF0/U-SUt3r78rc/s1600/DSC_0798.jpg" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Fashion, Makeup and Music are just a few of many ways that we can express ourselves as individuals. Finding your own sense of style, 'look' and whole persona in the clothes / makeup department is always stressful. It's so easy to just follow the trends of what everyone else is wearing and what is 'fashionable then'. It really is something that comes 'naturally' but there are a few tips that I've found along the whole journey of growing up which has really committed to me finding my own sense of style... </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Changing Rooms Are Your Best Friend</u>: </b>Now I don't know about you, but I'll never understand how someone can go into a shop and not try something on. Pretty much all of my male mates just wander into a shop, pick something up in a size medium for example, go to pay and walk out with a top that they have no idea they'll like or not. It's like (to me) buying something online and putting it straight in your hanger and binning the delivery note. You'll never know whether something suits you or not until <i>you try</i>. It doesn't matter how many bad outfits you come across, and how confidence knocking getting the wrong piece of clothing on that makes you look like something out of Hairspray, after all you'll most probably come out of that changing room with a better idea of what suits you, what doesn't suit you and a kick ass piece of clothing that will rake in the compliments and feel a million dollars. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Ask Boys and Family</u>: </b>I'm sure we've all been there when we're having a shopping spree with a close friend and they've loved something you've tried on and you've absolutely hated it. Yep, we've all been there. But not once have I ever been on a shopping trip with a guy or a family member where they haven't been honest. For any guys reading, ask a girl instead. The opposite sex will always be completely honest... It's weird I know but think about it and you might be the same. Getting an outsiders opinion can look great. All us introverts and us kick ass crew surviving off pretty much zero self confidence will always view ourselves to not look all that great in whatever mirror we're looking in, so see how other people see you for a change. It'll help, especially when you're getting all those compliments. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Forget Trends / Fashion</u>: </b>Once you've found a style that suits you, or a cut of top that suits you, or a type of trouser that suits you then stick to it. It doesn't matter whether it's out of 'fashion' or not, you will look and feel a million and one times better if you wear something that isn't so called 'in fashion' but you look great in, rather than something that everyone is wearing because it's 'on trend' but look horrendous. Not all of us suit every fashion since not all of us are the same, and we don't have the same shape, budget or confidence. After all, if you're dressing different to everyone else then there's less competition and less comparing... right? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><u>Trial and Error</u>: </b>As scary as it sounds, Trial and Error is pretty much your buddy. It sucks that we have to go through the error stages, but the trialing part is pretty darn fun too. We will never know until we try it. Whether that be Trial and Error of seeing how long a Primark pair of jeans wear you, or trialling a brand new style of dress and heels too high for you on a night out and looking like you've been dragged through a bush backwards by the end of the evening - you'll never know. I'm sure we've all had embarrassing baby photos where we've gone to our parents "why did you dress me in that?", they were Trial-ling and Error-ing too I bet. It's only human! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>There are my tips and tricks from experience about finding my own style. Be sure to share your experiences below, and what you've found to help other people too! Lots of love. X </i></div>

<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-AooLZQHvLMo/VGObP4AR16I/AAAAAAAACFA/H8cdUniEo84/s1600/vdmmademedoit.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-AooLZQHvLMo/VGObP4AR16I/AAAAAAAACFA/H8cdUniEo84/s640/vdmmademedoit.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Any fellow Anna fans in the house? I know I'm raising my hand right now. Anna, Anna, Anna... the babe-est of the babes. I literally can't get enough of her content from her blog, let alone her youtube channel. My that girl can edit *raises hand for a cheeky high five moment*. When it comes to her recommendations she pretty much kicks ass all round. There have obviously been quite a few VDM influenced shopping extravaganzas but, who is complaining? Not me <i>(*cough* my bank account *cough*). </i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i></i></div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
First up, tanning. The beloved and cult VDM product - <u style="font-weight: bold;">Zen-Tan's Dark Lotion Absoloute Luxe Fake Tan</u>. This stuff literally goes on like a dream, smells like all things holiday and tropical, <i>yes</i>. So, not only can we wave goodbye to the classic biscuit smell but we can also wave goodbye to reapplying tan for <i>a week</i>. Yeah, ladies, you heard me... a whole week. With plenty of scrubbing, prepping and moisturising this will last a good week on me. Yeah maybe towards the end of the week it is starting to look a bit patchy but all in all this is just great. Olive undertones, no oompa loompa going on - can't complain. Cheers Anna! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So sticking on the topic of skin, what better than to throw in the kick ass <u style="font-weight: bold;">Garner Miracle Skin Cream</u>. Ignore the anti-ageing on this, it really doesn't make much of a difference to me. Just keep me looking 17 for years to come... *gets ID ready* (jokes). But this is great for just sinking in a little moisture to the skin, some what evening out the skin tone and blocking out the redness. In terms of long term benefits, I'm at the very end of this tube and my skin isn't looking like a complete cherry. It's a great base, or for those of you with freaking awesome skin you could just use this on it's own as a super sheer, natural base. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Talking of prepping, that <u style="font-weight: bold;">Bumble & Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Hair Primer</u> kicks ass don't it? It not only detangles, but it protects my hair from dead ends and keeps it all tamed and heat protected - oh yeah. Pair this with <u style="font-weight: bold;">The Wet Brush</u> (another Anna / Lily influenced purchase) and we're off to a pair of kick ass kiddos. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Makeup wise - the <u style="font-weight: bold;">Mac Patisserie Lip Stick</u> is pretty darn awesome. A typical your lips but better kinda colour. Pair it with Amelia Liana's cult <u>Charlotte Tilbury Lip Liner in Pillowtalk</u> and you're off to a very natural, gorgeous and Kendall Jenner-esque lip look and let's be honest - who wouldn't wanna rock that? Her other recommendation is <u style="font-weight: bold;">Rimmel London's Scandal Eyes Eyeliner in Bronze</u>. I'm a complete eyeliner noob like Anna herself, but when it comes to the whole eyeliner thing she has well and truly got me into it. Especially the bronze-y eye look. Pair this with <u>Mac's Woodwinked Eyeshadow</u> which is my <i>all time fave</i> and you're off to an uber defined, glittery and bronzed up eye to have you kitted up for whatever the day brings you. <i>Bingo</i>. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>Are you a Vivianna Does Makeup fan too? </i></div>
