Now I don't know about you, but ever since I was a Olsen Twin obsessive, I've always dreamt about how great it would be to have a kick ass set of white nashers. Double digit quantities of Crest Whitening Strips and endless magazines and DIY kits later... I worked out that it comes down to a few simple things such as drinking out of straws, not having too much sugar / coffee / red wine (damn) and all in all, a good brushing routine.

When it comes to all things Teeth, Colgate is your guy. I've been through all kinds of Hollywood White, Superdrug Banana Kids Toothpaste and every kind of Sensodyne that you can get but Colgate just has it's formula down to the T. It's not uber pricey, can get it from anywhere and can never feel sensitive, gritty or mask'ed (you know that protective film that some toothpastes give you? Yep, none of that over here... Bingo Ringo).

Colgate have a range known as The Max White One Collection and I use the Toothpaste and Mouthwash on a day to day basis. AND let me tell ya, they rock. The toothpaste is a weird grey / blue colour which looks grim at first, but once applied to your teeth it will leave your breath minty, teeth plaque free and teeth instantly whiter than before. Pair that with a good wash with the Max White One Mouthwash and you'll be good to go.

The likes of Tanya Burr have also got an offer out at Superdrug at the moment where if you buy anything from the Max White One Collection you get a free Red Tanya Burr Nail Polish. What a deal! So, get down to your local Boots / Superdrug or get putting that in your search bar and get buyin'. It's no professional rocket science kit but provides great results so be sure to join the band wagon. You never know, you might even fit in with the The Only Way Is Essex cast after all!

Have you tried any Whitening Toothpaste / Mouthwash / Treatments before?
