So, we all know how unfresh, messy and behind we all feel when we are getting ready in a rush. Now I'll be honest, I'm not one to have to get ready in a rush often because I'm a typical get up earlier to have a nice bath etc kind of girl. But given that I do, there's a few essentials that a gal has gotta do...
Given that you've had a wash, sprayed your fair share of deodorant and got mascara at hand. You had best get cracking with a good base for your makeup. I'd opt for this absolute don of a base AKA Garnier Miracle Skin Cream. This is a cream which is white, then when you rub it in it turns into a beige-y colour that I believe changes to the colour of your skin? Don't quote me on that. All I know, is that this is damn awesome and the more you use it, you notice that your skin is not only smoother, but maintains a more even skin tone.
If you fancy looking like you've made a bit more effort, and not just whacked on a bit of mascara then I'd recommend getting this Mac Woodwinked Eyeshadow. This is basically my tool for a kick ass smokey-eye which is quite literally as easy as 1, 2, 3. Whack this on, and blend it out and you'll notice that it almost creates an illusion that you've put in another colour in your crease. Genius.
Then to freshen up that hair, I'd recommend my all time favourite dry shampoo which is the Dove Refresh + Care Dry Shampoo. This literally smells so soapy (in a nice way, fear not) and doesn't leave your hair with a cheeky white residue, I promise. But this is a complete essential for getting ready in a rush. Us ladies can't leave the house with greasy ole 2nd/3rd day hair, right?
Just to finish things off, I'd recommend spraying a good ole serving of your perfume of choice. My all time favourite and signature scent is the Cacharel Amor Amor Perfume. You may have seen this floating around the sale aisle of Boots many of times, but I discovered this years and years ago. It's the perfect balance of sweet and sophisticated. But yet, it's lasting power is freaking awesome. Go and give this a sniff, because I'm pretty darn sure you won't regret it.
