THE BATTLE OF THE CURLS

Not going to lie, I've been an Anti Eyelash Curler during my days. The thought of clamping my eyelashes to add a little curl just didn't seem worth it, so when I saw No7's offering of an electric, heated eyelash curler I was like "girl, you've gotta give this a go" But is it really as good if not better as your bog standard eyelash curlers? Let's take a look...

No7 Heated Eyelash Curler: This works basically as a heated mascara wand, minus the brissles and product... if you get my drift. You push up the little slider and leave it to heat for around 30 seconds, then just brush through your eyelashes as you would a mascara. Then apply your mascara straight after. When I first tried it, I thought it was great. Although, 2 hours later the curls really didn't last which was a bit of a shocker really as heat is meant to make them last longer... yeah? Well, this certainly doesn't do the trick.

No7 Lift and Curve Eyelash Curler: On the other hand, I bloomin' love this Eyelash Curlers. Once I'd gone through my little babyish, scared moments of getting my eyelid stuck in the process of curling like my mum did once (scared for life!) They really do open really wide, and grab all your lashes to leave a really curled lash which lasts all day long. To see what mascaras work best to hold the curl, see my post here.

But all in all, I'm not really sure I'll be the one routing for this new Heated Eyelash Curler shenanigans. If anyone else releases any, I'd be happy to give them a shot incase I'm wrong but I'm pretty in awe of just the normal eyelash curlers really.

If you've given the Heated Eyelash Curlers or anything else which curls your lashes perfectly, be sure to let me know below! I mean, who wouldn't want lovely curly lashes... right?
