(FOR)EVER SLEEK

Now I don't know about you, but for me there's nothing quite as good as having freshly washed, conditioned and all round easily manageable hair. At the crack of dawn, I'm not really in the mood to sit there for a good five minutes trying to scramble through all those knots, dead ends and freaking awkward straggly bits of hair. So in order for me to start off with a good smooth, nourished and shiny base, I've been on the hunt for a good ole kick ass shampoo and conditioner.

I recently popped L'oreal's Ever Sleek Shampoo and Conditioner into my shopping basket in Boots, waved goodbye to my volumising Trevor Sorbie, Head and Shoulders and Herbal Essences additions from my bathroom shelf, and kept these in my routine ever since because quite frankly they rock. They leave your hair feeling so nourished, smooth and not too much so that it gives you extra greasy hair.

My routine usually consists of Shampoo & Condition on Day 1, Dry Shampoo on Day 2, Shampoo and Hair Mask on Day 3, Dry Shampoo Day 4... (eat sleep rave) repeat. But recently, I've been finding myself even slotting a cheeky extra Dry Shampoo day into the mix, and skipping the good ole Hair Mask because my hair has been nourished enough, and I haven't been too greasy anyway.

For you ladies who suffer from awful knots, and endless tantrums and fights with you & your hair brush vs. your hair (we've all had it, right?) then grab this Shampoo and Conditioner combo, the Bumble and Bumble Hairdressers Invisible Oil Primer and a good ole trusty Wet Brush and you won't have to be dealing with the one nil fighting records... hallelujah.

I've tried the L'Oreal Ever Pure Hair Mask which rocks, slightly more 'natural', smells quite herby and is a great option for those of you who don't want something quite as smoothing and nourishing. I've written a review here for those of you who are interested too! So, with my hair routine pretty in tact, I'm a happy bunny.

What is your Shampoo and Conditioner of choice?
